NYC

This Friday I’m performing at the American Folk Art Museum at Lincoln Square. It will be my first performance in nine months (!) and my first NYC performance since 2016 (?!). I'm very excited. I hope you can make it. AFAM is a beautiful venue, and it's fun to make noise in a museum. Music starts promptly at 5:30PM.

If you can't be there in person, consider joining me on Patreon, where I just posted a new video for subscribers. By becoming a member you'll receive exclusive access to videos and new music as it's created...

In other news, Happy New Year! Today we enter the Year of the Pig. Pigs get a bad rap because we tend to be lazy (yet hardworking), indulgent (yet generous), and sensitive (very). It's okay to be all of these things. We've been through a lot (especially since 2016).

In the coming year I invite you to embrace the rest, good fortune, and enjoyment that Pig knows to be its birthright. Pig is smart. Pig is patient. Pig is tolerant. Pig says to put down your phone unless you're calling someone to say "I love you.” Or ordering take-out.

"I love you."
